By downloading or using Dealt, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
Dealt displays 3 random photos from your device's photo library each day. That's it. The app runs on your device and does not upload your photos. We do not require accounts.
Your photos stay on your device. We never see, upload, or store your photos. The app reads your photo library locally to display memories. No photo data leaves your phone.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dealt on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play.

Dealt, including its name, logo, design, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws. Your photos remain yours — we claim no rights to them.
Dealt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations. Use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Dealt. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (which is $0).
We may update these terms. Continued use of Dealt after changes means you accept the new terms. We'll update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made.
You can stop using Dealt at any time by deleting the app. We may discontinue the app or restrict access if you violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
